Lose belly fat by jogging
Research by the Duke University medical Center among about 200 overweight adults who didn’t do much physical exercise before the research.
It appeared that just jogging a couple of times a week did reduce their belly fat more than when doing power training.
So instead of weight lifting and that kind of power exercises you’d better off by jogging say 12 miles a week.
